TZ-WD-4080

The TZ-WD-4080 is a trapped wire dipole for the 40 and 80m amateur bands. The antenna uses two (2) traps on 40m to achieve resonance on 40m and 80m. The radiating element comprises 2.5mm2 PVC coated copper wire and the balun is integral to the antenna. The antenna may be used in a dipole or inverted vee configuration.

The balun used in the antenna is a TZ-1840. An eye bolt provides a support when used with wire antennas.
